Shipping Policy

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received. Please note that processing time does not include weekends or holidays.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We offer shipping to the United States, Canada, and select international destinations.

- United States: 3–7 business days

- Canada: 7–14 business days

- International: 14–30 business days

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to carrier issues, customs processing, or high-volume periods.

Shipping Costs

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order. Free shipping may be available for qualifying orders — any active promotions will be reflected at checkout.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear.

International Shipping

Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed by their destination country. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost, delayed, or arrives damaged, please contact us at jennifer@kusurusa.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date, and we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.

Multiple Shipments

Some orders may be fulfilled in multiple shipments depending on product availability and supplier locations. You will not be charged additional shipping for split shipments.
